Re:Vital Physiotherapy is based in Metropolitan VIC in Lalor VIC 3075.
We receive referrals from the following areas:
• Northern Melbourne (Darebin, Banyule, Moreland, Merri-Bek, Whittlesea)
• Western Melbourne (Maribyrnong, Brimbank, Moonee Valley, Melton)
• Eastern Melbourne (Manningham, Whitehorse, Yarra, Stonnington, Glen Eira, Maroondah,
• North West (Hume)
• North East (Nillumbik)
Additionally, we receive referrals from surrounding areas and within Melbourne City.
The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community.This includes connections to doctors, community groups, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries and schools, as well as providing information about what support is provided by each state and territory government.
